NRS 239C.060 “Information system” defined. “Information system” means any equipment, facility, structure, tower, cable, line, fiber, wire, computer hardware or software, procedures or technology used to transmit, receive, produce, collect, process, distribute or store information that is related to the protection of homeland security.
