NRS 234.170 Titles, rights and claims to lands not affected. Nothing contained in the provisions of NRS 234.130 to 234.180 , inclusive, or any operation thereof shall prejudice the titles, rights or claims of any person, public or private, natural or artificial, to any of the lands herein involved, whether such titles, rights or claims arise or exist upon the basis that the lands affected by the designation of boundary as set forth in the Compact and in NRS 234.130 to 234.180 , inclusive, were previously a part of the State of Nevada and have now become a part of the State of Arizona or were previously a part of the State of Arizona and have now become a part of the State of Nevada, or otherwise.
