NRS 233B.1235 Witness who is person with communications disability entitled to services of interpreter at hearing. A witness during his or her testimony at a hearing of a contested case, who is a person with a communications disability as defined in NRS 50.050 , is entitled to the services of an interpreter at public expense in accordance with the provisions of NRS 50.050 to 50.053 , inclusive. The interpreter must be appointed by the person who presides at the hearing.
