NRS 233B.080 Placement by Secretary of State of expired, amended or repealed regulation in inactive file upon notice by adopting agency. When any regulation filed with the Secretary of State expires by its own terms or is replaced by an amended regulation or repealed, and the adopting agency so informs the Secretary of State, the Secretary of State shall cause the regulation to be placed in an inactive file.
