NRS 218H.092 “Member of the person’s household” or “member of his or her household” defined. “Member of the person’s household” or “member of his or her household,” or any variation thereof, means:
1. For a person who is subject to the Nevada Financial Disclosure Act in NRS 281.5555 to 281.581 , inclusive, a member of his or her household for the purposes of that Act.
2. For any other person, a substantially similar member of his or her household as if the Nevada Financial Disclosure Act in NRS 281.5555 to 281.581 , inclusive, applied to the person but only for the limited purposes of this definition.
