NRS 218B.190 Duties of Secretary of State. The Secretary of State shall:
1. Provide to the clerk of each county and the Clerk of Carson City, copies of the shapefiles filed pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 218B.180 and maps filed pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 218B.180 .
2. Make available copies of the shapefiles and maps to any interested person for a reasonable fee, not to exceed the actual costs of producing copies of the shapefiles or maps.
