NRS 207.335 Counterfeiting or forging registry identification card or letter of approval issued for engaging in acts relating to medical use of cannabis; possessing counterfeit or forged registry identification card or letter of approval; penalty.
1. It is unlawful for any person to:
(a)Counterfeit or forge or attempt to counterfeit or forge a registry identification card or letter of approval; or
(b)Have in his or her possession with the intent to use any counterfeit or forged registry identification card or letter of approval.
2. Any person who violates the provisions of subsection 1 is guilty of a category E felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130 .
3. As used in this section:
(a)“Letter of approval” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 678C.070 .
(b)“Registry identification card” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 678C.080 .
