NRS 2.320 Reporters of decisions; duties. The Clerk of the Supreme Court and the Official Reporter are ex officio reporters of decisions. Whenever any case is finally determined by the Supreme Court or the Court of Appeals, the reporters of decisions shall make a synopsis of the opinion and decision of the Supreme Court or the Court of Appeals, as applicable, in the case.
