NRS 176.285 Fines in Justice Court to be paid to county treasurer; due date. In Justice Court, when a fine is paid or bail is forfeited, the justice must pay the same to the county treasurer on or before the fifth day of the month immediately following the month in which the fine is paid or bail is forfeited.
