NRS 176.0647 Circumstances under which fine, administrative assessment or fee owed by defendant who commits minor traffic offense is deemed uncollectible. Any delinquent fine, administrative assessment or fee owed by a defendant pursuant to NRS 176.064 who commits a minor traffic offense as defined in NRS 176.0643 is deemed to be uncollectible if after 10 years it remains impossible or impracticable to collect the delinquent amount.
