NRS 176.01385 Confidentiality of information collected or stored by Department. Any information collected or stored by the Department for the purpose of analyzing and understanding the criminal justice system, including, without limitation, information from a database, interview or other source, is confidential and not a public record within the meaning of NRS 239.010 .
