NRS 150.0605 Attorneys for petitioners generally: Compensation when estate set aside. If the estate is set aside pursuant to NRS 146.070 , the court may order reasonable attorney’s fees and costs to be paid from the assets being set aside directly to the attorney for the petitioner.
