NRS 127E.210 Contents of petition; required documentation and other evidence. A petition for readoption must:
1. Include any information required by NRS 127C.380 ; and
2. Be supported by:
(a)A copy of any order or certificate of adoption that evidences finalization of the adoption in the foreign country;
(b)The birth certificate of the child; and
(c)A certified translation of any document described in paragraphs
(a)and
(b)that is not in English.
