NRS 127E.050 Scope of chapter; applicability of other provisions. In addition to any requirement set forth in chapter 127A of NRS, as applicable:
1. The provisions of NRS 127E.100 to 127E.130 , inclusive, and 127E.300 govern confirmatory adoptions.
2. The provisions of NRS 127E.200 , 127E.210 and 127E.300 govern readoptions.
