NRS 127D.080 Persons and entities authorized to perform duties relating to compliance with Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children. Compliance with the requirements of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children pursuant to chapter 127F of NRS may be performed by an agency which provides child welfare services, a child-placing agency or an attorney licensed to practice law in this State.
