NRS 0.120 Privilege to practice as licensed professional counselor deemed equivalent to license. Except as otherwise expressly provided in a particular statute or required by the context, privilege to practice as a licensed professional counselor in this State under the Counseling Compact ratified and entered into in NRS 641A.305 shall be deemed to be equivalent to a license to practice as a clinical professional counselor issued by the Board of Examiners for Marriage and Family Therapists and Clinical Professional Counselors pursuant to chapter 641A of NRS.
