4-57-1. Creation of planning commission.

Any county may by ordinance establish a planning commission. A county planning commission shall consist of not less than five
(5)members who shall be appointed by the county commission. Administrative officials of the county may be appointed as ex- officio nonvoting members of the planning commission.
