An act entitled "An act providing for the assessment and taxation of lands owned by or held in trust for the state for park purposes," approved December seventh, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, and known as chapter four hundred and thirty-eight of the laws of one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, be and the same is hereby repealed.
