5:4-5. Penalty for violation

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof in a summary proceeding before any municipal court of this State, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each such offense, for the use of the State.
