A member of the Casino Control Commission and any employee of the commission holding a supervisory or policy-making management position, and the Director of the Division of Gaming Enforcement and any employee of the division holding a supervisory or policy-making management position, shall not make any contribution as that term is defined in "The New Jersey Campaign Contributions and Expenditures Reporting Act," P.L.1973, c.83 (C.19:44A-1 et seq.).
