The aforesaid budgets shall consist of
(a)a tabulated and an itemized statement of all anticipated revenues from the sources provided for in section 40:62-32 of the Revised Statutes
(b)all expenditures to be made for the purposes provided for in section 40:62-33 of the Revised Statutes.
