40:37-153. Enforcement of rules and regulations; jurisdiction

The rules and regulations provided for in section 40:37-152 of this Title shall be enforced in the same manner as municipal ordinances, in a municipal court of any municipality in the county. On the conviction of the offender, in default of the payment of the penalty imposed, the court may commit him to the county jail for a term not exceeding ten days.
