40:11A-10. Bonds; provisions

Bonds of an authority shall be authorized by its resolutions and may be issued in 1 or more series and shall bear such date or dates, mature at such time or times, bear interest at such rate or rates, not exceeding 6% per annum, be in such denomination or denominations, be in such form, either coupon or registered, carry such conversion or registration privileges, have such rank or priority, be executed in such manner, be payable in such medium of payment at such place or places, and be subject to such terms of redemption (with or without premium) as such resolution or the trust indenture or mortgage (hereinafter mentioned) securing such bonds may provide.
The bonds of a parking authority may be sold by the parking authority at public or private sale to such person or persons (whether or not constituting technical experts or agents referred to in section 5 of this act, either bidding alone or in conjunction with others) and at such price or prices as the parking authority shall determine; provided, however, that the interest cost to maturity of the money received for any issue of bonds (computed according to standard tables of bond values) shall not exceed 6% per annum.
