38A:3-2.4 World War II Veterans' Memorial Fund.

1. There is created in the Department of the Treasury a dedicated, non-lapsing fund to be known as the World War II Veterans' Memorial Fund. The fund shall be credited with any money received by the World War II Memorial Commission established pursuant to Executive Order No. 107 of 2004 by Governor McGreevey through fundraising efforts and as donations or grants, and any monies as may thereafter be donated by members of the public or appropriated to the fund by law. All interest on monies in the fund shall be credited to the fund.
Investment of such monies shall be consistent with policies of the Division of Investment. The monies in the fund shall be administered by the State Treasurer, to be held in the fund until appropriated by law. Not later than 180 days after the effective date of this act, and periodically thereafter, the State Treasurer shall certify to the Legislature the total amount of monies in the fund.
