38:23B-14.2a. Further election by bank

Any bank which has heretofore elected, pursuant to the provisions of section eight of chapter one hundred eighty-five of the laws of one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, to have its approved veterans' loans guaranteed by the authority in accordance with the provisions of section ten of said chapter one hundred eighty-five of the laws of one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, may at any time elect to have all of its approved veterans' loans then outstanding and all approved veterans' loans thereafter to be made by it insured in accordance with the provisions of section nine of said chapter one hundred eighty-five of the laws of one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
Notice of such election shall be made on such form as the commissioner shall prescribe.
