3. Scope of responsibilities and authority, Division of Private Employment Dispute Settlement
The Division of Private Employment Dispute Settlement, in addition to the powers and duties granted by P.L.2025, c.244 (C.34:13A-5.1a et al.), shall handle all matters with regard to cannabis employees’ right to organize, form unions, and bargain collectively in the State of New Jersey. The Division of Private Employment Dispute Settlement shall make policy and establish rules and regulations concerning employer-employee relations in private employment relating to dispute settlement, grievance procedures, and administration, including enforcement of statutory provisions concerning representative elections and related matters, and to implement fully all the provisions of P.L.2025, c.244 (C.34:13A-5.1a et al.) for the employees listed above.
