Instruments Executed by Clerk of Superior Court in Connection with Property held by Superior Court; Signatures. All drafts, checks and other instruments executed in connection with any property held by the Superior Court shall be signed by the Clerk of the Superior Court and countersigned by an official designated by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court by order in writing.
