7. During the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2009, there shall be deposited in the Health Care Subsidy Fund established pursuant to section 8 of P.L.1992, c.160 (C.26:2H-18.58): the sum of $19.5 million from the revenue collected from the taxation of group accident and health insurance policies pursuant to subsection
(b)of section 2 of P.L.1945, c.132 (C.54:18A-2) and subsection
(b)of section 3 of P.L.1945, c.132 (C.54:18A-3).
