44. The Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs and the Director of the Division of Taxation in the Department of the Treasury , in consultation with the Commissioner of Education, shall take such action as deemed necessary for the delivery of estimated tax bills and the recertification of the school district tax levy pursuant to section 43 of P.L.2011, c.202 (C.18A:7F-5.6) for districts in which the annual school election is in November and that determine to submit proposal or proposals for additional funds pursuant to paragraph
(9)of subsection d. of section 5 of P.L.1996, c.138 (C.18A:7F-5).
