The notice shall also set forth that said budget will be on file and open to the examination of the public between reasonable hours to be fixed therein and at a place to be named therein, from the date of said publication until the date of the holding of the public hearing, that in any district having a board of school estimate, except as otherwise provided in this section, the public hearing will be held before the board of school estimate and in other districts that the public hearing will be held before the board of education and that at said public hearing said budget will be on file and open to the examination of the public accordingly and will be produced for the information of those attending the same.
In a Type II district having a board of school estimate in which the annual school election is in April or November, the public hearing shall be held before the board of education.
