13:1H-2. Definitions

The following words shall have the following meanings:
a. "Department" means the Department of Environmental Protection.
b. "Local environmental agency" means
(1)a municipal environmental commission or joint environmental commission established by two or more municipalities,
(2)a county environmental commission and
(3)a soil conservation district.
