11A:10-1 Disapproval of salary.

Disapproval of salary. The Civil Service Commission may disapprove and order the payment stopped of the salary of any person employed in violation of this title or an order of the Civil Service Commission and recover all disapproved salary from such person. Any person or persons who authorize the payment of a disapproved salary or have employment authority over the person whose salary has been disapproved may be subject to penalties, including, but not limited to, the disapproval of their salaries and payment from their personal funds of improper expenditures of the moneys as may be provided by the rules of the Civil Service Commission.
This section shall not be limited by the amounts set forth in N.J.S.11A:10-3.
