26:2FF-2 Definitions.

2. As used in this act:
"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Health.
"Department" means the Department of Health
"Public Health Institute" means an entity designated by the Department of Health as the State's Public Health Institute pursuant to section 3 of P.L.2025, c.46 (C.26:2FF-3).
