43-15-09. Meetings - When held - Notice - Quorum.

The board shall hold at least two and not more than four meetings in each calendar year for the examination of applicants for licensure. The board may hold such other meetings as may be necessary for the performance of its duties. A special meeting must be held at such time and place as a majority of the members agree upon, or may be called by the secretary, at the request of the president or any two members, by giving such notice to the members as the
board may prescribe by its rules and regulations. A majority of the board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.
