1. If there is conflict between this chapter and chapter 41-09, chapter 41-09 governs.
2. A transaction subject to this chapter is subject to any applicable rule of law that
establishes a different rule for consumers and title 6, sections 13-04.1-09 through
13-04.1-09.3, and chapters 13-05, 13-08, 13-10, and 47-14.
