32-15-16. Special term of court to hear issue.

The court shall sit at a special term to hear the case according to law and the practice of the court, and shall have the same power to complete the jury as is now provided by law, and the
pay of such jurors, and the penalty for failure or refusal to appear, shall be the same as in other cases.
