§ 90-210.28. Fees.
The Board may set and collect fees, not to exceed the following amounts:
Funeral Establishment and Branch Funeral Establishment permit

Annual renewal 250.00
Late renewal 150.00
Establishment and embalming facility reinspection fee 150.00
Courtesy card
