§ 89E-8. Applications.
An application for licensing as a geologist shall be made under oath, shall show the applicant's education and a summary of the applicant's geological work, and shall set out any other relevant criteria to be determined by the Board. The Board shall have the power to determine a reasonable application fee that shall accompany each application. (1983 (Reg. Sess., 1984), c. 1074, s. 1; 2025-25, s. 9(e).)
