§ 89E-11. Comity.
A person holding a license to engage in the practice of geology, on the basis of comparable licensing requirements issued by a proper authority by the State, territory, or possession of the United States or the District of Columbia, and who, in the opinion of the Board otherwise meets the requirements of this Chapter based upon verified evidence may, upon application, be licensed without further examination.
