§ 7A-40.1. Age limit for service as superior court judge; exception.
No superior court judge may continue in office beyond the last day of the calendar year in which the superior court judge attains 72 years of age, but superior court judges so retired may be recalled for periods of temporary service as provided in this Subchapter.
