§ 58-89A-15. Rules.
(a)The Commissioner may adopt rules necessary to implement, administer, and enforce the provisions of this Article.
(b)Each licensee and each person subject to licensure requirements under this Article are subject to the provisions of this Article and to the rules adopted by the Commissioner.
(c)Nothing in this Article preempts the existing statutory or rulemaking authority of any other State agency or entity to regulate professional employer services in a manner consistent with the statutory authority of that State agency or entity. (2002-168, s. 8; 2004-162, s. 1; 2025-25, s. 29(6).)
