§ 58-29-5. Definitions.
As used in this Article:
(1)"Residents" shall mean and include person, partnership or corporation, domestic, alien or foreign.
(2)"Unfair Trade Practice Act" shall mean Article 63 of this Chapter. (1965, c. 910.)
