Licensing of Insurance Producers, Limited Representatives, and Adjusters.
§ 58-33-1. Scope.
This Article governs the qualifications and procedures for the licensing of insurance producers, limited representatives, adjusters, and motor vehicle damage appraisers. This Article applies to any and all kinds of insurance and insurers under this Chapter.
