§ 148-64. Cooperation of prison and parole officials and employees.
The officials and employees of the Division of Prisons of the Department of Adult Correction and the Post-Release Supervision and Parole Commission shall at all times cooperate with and furnish each other such information and assistance as will promote the purposes of this Chapter and the purposes for which these agencies were established.
