§ 143B-135.43. Control of Mount Mitchell Park and other parks in the North Carolina State Parks System.
The Department shall have responsibility for:
(1)the control and management of Mount Mitchell Park and of any other parks which have been or may be acquired by the State as part of the North Carolina State Parks System and
