Officers of State Institutions.
§ 143-108. Secretary to be elected from directors.
The board of directors of the various State institutions shall elect one of their number as secretary, who shall act as such at all regular or special meetings of such boards. (1907, c. 883, s. 1; C.S., s. 7517.)
