§ 143-215.124. Record keeping.
The Department shall serve as the custodian of all data, information, and records received from a permit applicant or a major military installation pursuant to this Article and shall ensure that information provided to the Department that constitutes trade secrets, as that term is defined in G.S. 66-152, and that is designated as confidential or as a trade secret under G.S. 132-1.2, is limited only to the Department, State employees, and other persons who have executed a confidentiality agreement with the owner of such information. Information designated as confidential or as a trade secret under G.S. 132-1.2 shall not be subject to disclosure pursuant to G.S. 132-6. (2013-51, s. 1.)
