§ 136-102.4. Penalty for violation of G.S. 136-102.2 and G.S. 136-102.3.
Violation of G.S. 136-102.2 and 136-102.3 shall be a Class 1 misdemeanor. (1967, c. 923, s. 3; 1993, c. 539, s. 995; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 24, s. 14(c).)
