§ 131E-131. Rulemaking authority; enforcement.
The Commission shall adopt rules necessary for the implementation of this Part.
The Department shall enforce the rules adopted by the Commission to implement this Part. (1993, c. 499, s. 2; 2025-25, s. 29(6).)
