§ 130A-131.30. Healthy Out-of-School Program established.

There is created the "Healthy Out-of-School Time

(HOST)Recognition Program" to be administered by the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, in collaboration with the North Carolina Center for Afterschool Programs based in the Public School Forum. (2016-94, s. 12E.2(a).)
